What is Personal Training

Personal training means you’ll receive one-to-one coaching and support from me — in person.
We’ll meet for scheduled sessions where I’ll guide you through workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle.
I’ll make sure you’re moving safely and effectively, while helping you build strength, confidence, and momentum each session.
You’ll get expert instruction, real-time feedback on form, and the accountability you need to stay consistent and make progress.
All you need is the commitment to show up and give your best — I’ll take care of the rest.

How it Works

We’ll start with a free consultation, either by phone, text, or email — whichever suits you best. From there, we’ll arrange a discounted trial session, where I’ll take you through some basic exercises and a simple workout to assess your strength, mobility, and overall fitness.The trial session typically lasts around 60 to 90 minutes and is a bit different from a regular session — it’s more about testing and observation than full training.After the session, I’ll give you a clear breakdown of how you performed — highlighting strengths, identifying any areas that could use improvement, and outlining how we can tailor your training to support your goals.There’s no pressure or commitment — if you decide not to continue, that’s completely fine. But if you’d like to move forward, we’ll book your next session and begin your training journey.

Outdoor Session

£40/session

These sessions primarily use bodyweight movements and minimal equipment, but they’re still fully focused on helping you progress toward your fitness goals — all while enjoying some fresh air and movement outdoors.

These sessions take place in a private studio, with access to a wide range of equipment. You’ll make full use of the space and tools available to train efficiently and get the most out of every session.
