Aniko is a fantastic personal trainer she is the perfect blend of bossy and caring. She mixes up the workouts everytime so it doesn't get boring and you keep discovering new muscles! She is very encouraging and considerate regarding injuries or if there are exercises that dont work for you. She has pushed me to do things I wouldn't have had the confidence to do by myself so I am very grateful. All in all you cant go wrong if you choose Aniko to be your personal trainer.
